shipping policy
Shipped on a slow tide — the cohort production model means dispatch is steady, not frantic. The carrier and the carbon are both honest.
dispatch times
Orders placed before 12:00 ET ship the same business day. Orders placed after ship the next business day. We do not dispatch on weekends or US federal holidays. Cohort-restock items display the wait length on the product page; that wait is from the date of order to the date of dispatch.
carriers and rates
US: USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. Free shipping over $75; flat $7 below. Two-day expedited available at checkout for $14.
Canada: DHL eCommerce, 5–8 business days. Flat $14, free over $120.
UK and EU: DHL Express, 3–5 business days. Flat $22, free over $140. Duties and import VAT are calculated and prepaid at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery.
Rest of world: please email hello@tideline.co for a quote — we ship to most of Asia, Australia, and the Gulf on request.
packaging
Recyclable corrugated card outer with a kraft inner sleeve. No plastic bubble fill — paper honeycomb instead. The boxes are reusable and we credit $2 to your account on the next order if you return one in good condition; the prepaid label sits at the bottom of the box.
carbon
Every shipment is carbon-priced and offset at 1.5× the calculated footprint. The price of the offset is held inside the line price, not added at checkout. Offsets purchased through verified projects, audited annually.
lost or delayed
If the parcel does not arrive within the carrier window plus 5 business days, write to hello@tideline.co with your order number. We replace lost parcels at our cost.
