From the May 2026 cohort, the refill arrives as a slim aluminum pouch — sixty percent less material than the glass primary. The glass stays on your shelf; the pouch tops it back up. We pay return shipping on the empties through a closed-loop recycler. Until refills land, subscriptions ship in the full glass primary.

When does the refill pouch ship?
From the May 2026 cohort. Until then, subscription orders ship in the full glass primary at the subscription price — you keep both. The first refill cohort will be reserved for active subscribers first.
Can I change the cadence after the first order?
Yes. Log in, open the subscription page, change the cadence. The next ship date moves with it. Most subscribers move from sixty to forty-five days inside the first two cohorts.
How do I pause or cancel?
Pause from the same page. Two clicks. We keep the price locked for as long as the subscription stays paused — even if the line price moves up between cohorts.
Do I keep the subscriber price on a one-time order between refills?
Yes. While the subscription is active, every order from the same account ships at subscriber pricing — including extra bottles, sample trios for a friend, or anything else.
