A short legal page, written like the rest of this brand. By using the site or buying a bottle, you agree to the following.

the agreement

These terms govern your access to and use of tideline.co (the "site") and the products sold through it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

the products

All products on this site are cosmetic-only. Nothing on this site is a medical claim, a treatment, or a cure. The language of supply, support, and calibration is the language we use intentionally — the products are calibrated for skin in transition, they are not a medication. If you have a skin condition, consult a dermatologist.

orders, pricing, availability

Order placement is an offer to buy; we accept the offer when we ship. Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Tideline produces in cohorts of 800–1,200 — items occasionally go on a wait of up to six weeks; we display the wait length on the product page when applicable.

If we cannot fulfil an order due to a stock error or a pricing mistake, we will email you and refund in full within five business days.

subscriptions

Subscriptions ship on the cadence you select. You may pause, skip, change cadence, or cancel from your account page or by emailing hello@tideline.co. We confirm the next refill seven days before it ships. We do not charge you between confirmations.

intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, photography, illustrations, the wordmark, the saffron horizon — is owned by Tideline Ltd or licensed for our use. Personal use of the site is welcome. Commercial use, scraping, retraining, or republication requires written permission.

limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product in question. Statutory consumer rights (UK / EU / state-level US) are not affected.

governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of your residence applies.
